Congresses
During the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023, in addition to sporting competitions, cultural festival and much more, there will be three congresses, all of which will take place at Messe Berlin.
Participation in the congresses is only possible with an invitation.
Global Athlete Congress
At the Global Athletes Congress (GAC), the athletes' representatives from the various Special Olympics regions of the world will meet to discuss existing projects and projects in the planning phase, as well as the concerns of athletes in general, such as more say in training, accessibility at training venues, etc.

Global Youth Leadership Summit
The Global Youth Leadership Summit (GYLS) brings together tandems of intellectually impaired and non-impaired youth from all over our planet. In this summit, they focus on how they can improve inclusion around the world. The goal is that afterwards they use this knowledge as inclusion leaders in their respective countries.

Global Forum for Inclusion
The Global Forum for Inclusion (GF), held for the first time at the World Games, brings together participants from GAC and GYLS, international government officials, representatives of international NGOs and other organizations, and scholars to discuss inclusion in the future.
